Return and Cancellation Policy
All products have gone through quality assurance testing and are in proper working order.  All sales are final.  All product orders cancelled before ship date will have a $35 administrative fee.  Product orders cancelled or returned on or after the shipping date, customer will be responsible for shipping costs both ways and a 20% restocking fee.  Used equipment is sold "as is," and there is no return policy.

Shipping Policy and Methods
Unless otherwise contracted, products will be shipped via standard commercial shippers, FOB origin.  Shipping cost will be determined, in part, by the shipping company.  Customer pays for all shipping and handling fees.  Orders will be processed within 48 hours.  Shipping times will vary depending on product availability.
